Are we born leaders?

Leadership. Is it nature or is it nurture? Are leaders born, or can they be "made"? Big questions, and not a simple answer.

We might be born with characteristics like curiosity, risk, or drive, which may encourage an entrepreneurial mentality. 

But that’s not always enough. It’s also about behaviours, and additionally, some people need that extra push. Or to be inspired.

In the following video, I am exploring the concept of being “born a leader” and the work that we do to help them get there.
