Has remote work changed leadership?

You don’t need me to tell you how much the pandemic and remote working have changed the landscape.

One thing that is really important to address is how it has influenced the visibility of managers and leaders. In short, we have become more available – perhaps too available.

Accessibility is good, but, similar to my last video (“Operating too low”), it can go two ways. It can be a nightmare.

Visibility isn’t the same as presence.

Leadership isn’t about being everywhere – it’s about being in the right place.
