“You’re two or three years away.” “You’re not there yet.”

Have you been told this during your career? Have you caught yourself saying this to someone else?

I think the corporate world plays it too cautiously and too safely when it comes to age.

Great people, regardless of how young they are, can and will excel.

That’s why I believe in the phrase, “If you’re good enough, you’re old enough.”
