Becoming a better leader with ICEHOP

“Getting off the okay fence.” This is a crucial part of progression in leadership and management. To help someone off the fence, we need to identify exactly where they need to push forward.

To do this, we use ICEHOP, a model that balances attitudinal and behavioural attributes, with competency and intellect – or what we call skillset.

ICEHOP is a valuable and effective exercise, and it’s always a highlight of the sessions that we run.

What is it and how does it work? Find out in my latest video.
